Why We Fundraise

At Kingston Minor Football League, everything we do starts with one goal: creating a safe, positive, and meaningful football experience for every athlete who puts on a KMFL jersey. As a community-based, not-for-profit organization, fundraising allows us to keep participation accessible for families while maintaining high standards for safety, coaching, and athlete development. In accordance with our policies and bylaws, all funds raised are reinvested directly back into league operations — supporting equipment, education, and programming that prioritizes long-term athlete development, inclusion, and enjoyment of the game. Your support helps ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and feel confident on and off the field.

Where Your Dollars Go

Every dollar raised has a direct and meaningful impact on our athletes and programs:

Equipment & Safety
Replacement and upgrading of helmets, shoulder pads, practice equipment, and safety gear to meet national standards and protect our athletes.

Coach Education & Training
Supporting required certifications, safe-contact training, and ongoing coach development so athletes learn from knowledgeable, accountable leaders.

Athlete Development
Age-appropriate programming focused on skill progression, confidence-building, and enjoyment of the game.

Program Operations
Field rentals, officials, and administrative costs that allow programs to operate responsibly and sustainably.

Accessibility & Affordability

Domino’s Pizza Fundraiser

Date: February 4

Support youth football with a meal the whole family will love! On February 4, a portion of every eligible order from our local Domino’s location will be donated back to Kingston Minor Football League. It’s an easy way to support safe equipment, coach education, and athlete development — just by ordering pizza.

Our Easter fundraiser is a special collaboration with Cocoa Bistro, a beloved local business known for its handcrafted chocolates and commitment to quality ingredients. Together, we’re offering custom football-themed Easter treats that are perfect for gifting, celebrating, and supporting local youth sport.

Proceeds from this fundraiser directly support KMFL programs — helping us invest in equipment and coach education, and deliver development-focused football experiences for our athletes. It’s a sweet way to celebrate Easter while giving back to our football community.
